This page supplements the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. It lists categories of Sub-processors and common vendors Doric Algorithm - Lda may use to operate EcomFlux. The list is non-exhaustive and may evolve; material changes are handled as described in the DPA (including objection rights where applicable). VAT: PT519368541.

Infrastructure & hosting

  • Render Services, Inc. — application hosting and runtime (API).
  • Vercel, Inc. — static / edge hosting for dashboard and marketing frontends (when configured).

Data stores & object storage

  • Managed PostgreSQL — primary application database (e.g. Supabase, Neon, AWS RDS, or equivalent, depending on deployment).
  • S3-compatible object storage — optional tenant export files (e.g. Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, MinIO).

Payments & billing

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, billing, and subscription management data strictly as needed for checkout and invoicing.

Observability & error tracking

  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — optional error and performance telemetry when SENTRY_DSN is configured.

Communications

  • SMTP / transactional email providers — password resets, support replies, and operational notices when SUPPORT_SMTP_* (or equivalent) is configured.

Commerce & logistics integrations

Customer-configured integrations (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces, couriers, accounting systems) process data under their own terms as independent controllers or processors to the Customer; they are not Doric Algorithm Sub-processors in the Article 28 sense unless we resell or embed their service as part of our hosted stack above.
