Sales Channels
Connecting Your Shopify Store
EcomFlux uses a one-click OAuthflow with Shopify. You sign in through Shopify's secure authorization screen — no manual API keys or custom apps required for the standard connection path.
How it works
When you connect your store, Shopify asks you to approve EcomFlux. After you authorize, we receive scoped access to your shop data. That connection lets EcomFlux automatically sync orders into your workspace and, where enabled, update inventory so stock levels stay aligned between Shopify and your unified operations view.
Connect in a few steps
- Open the EcomFlux dashboard and go to Channels (from the main navigation: Dashboard → Channels).
- Find the Shopify card in the channel list and select it to start the connection flow.
- Enter your store's .myshopify.com domain (for example
your-brand.myshopify.com). This tells EcomFlux which shop to request access to. - Click Connect. You'll be redirected to Shopify to sign in (if needed) and review the permissions EcomFlux is requesting.
- Approve the install in Shopify. You'll return to EcomFlux with the channel linked; initial order and catalog sync will begin according to your plan and channel settings.
Permissions: Authorizing via OAuth grants EcomFlux the access needed to pull orders and push inventory updates you configure in the product — without sharing your Shopify admin password.
