Integrations overview
In the EcomFlux dashboard, Integrations means logistics and shipping carriers — the systems you use to buy labels and pull rates. Marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Temu CSV) live under Channels; ledgers and invoices under Accounting.
Where to go in the app
Open Dashboard → Integrations(sidebar: couriers). You'll see your active couriers and the catalog of carriers your workspace can connect. Labels and rate shopping are powered through the logistics stack (EasyPost-backed flows in the product).
What you can do here
- Connect a carrier from the allowlisted catalog using credentials from your courier or aggregator account.
- Disconnect or rotate credentials when your rep issues new API keys.
- Use connected carriers when fulfilling orders from Orders — rates reflect your negotiated accounts, not a hidden resale margin (see the couriers guide).
Hardware printing
Thermal printers are not configured on the Integrations page. For silent label printing via PrintNode, use Settings → Hardware and read Silent printing with PrintNode.
