Sales Channels

Sales channels overview

Sales channels are the marketplaces and custom feeds where your customers place orders. EcomFlux connects each source under Dashboard → Channels and projects everything into one Orders view — same columns, tags, and fulfillment tools whether the sale came from Shopify, Amazon, or a Temu CSV upload.

How Channels differs from Integrations

  • Channels = where orders are created (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Temu CSV).
  • Shipping / couriers (app sidebar: Integrations) = how packages ship — carrier catalog, rates, and labels via the logistics engine. See Integrations overview.
  • Accounting = how revenue hits the ledger (Xero, QuickBooks, Moloni, exports). See Accounting overview.

Supported channels

Each guide matches the connection cards in the product:

  • Shopify — one-click OAuth; orders, inventory, and webhooks.
  • Amazon — Selling Partner API (SP-API) with LWA and AWS signing.
  • Etsy — Open API v3 with OAuth 2.0 / PKCE.
  • eBay — REST APIs with OAuth install flow.
  • Temu / custom CSV — frictionless dropzone import when no API is available.

Operations tips

  • Multi-store: Add a separate channel row per shop or marketplace account so sync health, credentials, and webhooks stay isolated.
  • Employees: Read-only channel views may apply for certain roles; owners connect and rotate credentials.
  • Platform maintenance: Global sync pause (when enabled by operators) can block imports — watch in-app banners.
