Handling Temu Orders via CSV
Temu does not offer a public API that startups and growing sellers can rely on the way other marketplaces do. EcomFlux bridges that gap with a frictionless CSV ingestion pipeline: you export orders from Temu Seller Center, drop the file into EcomFlux, and we normalize the rows into standard orders in Orders.
Why CSV?
Until a stable programmatic integration is available for your business tier, CSV keeps Temu orders on the same operational rails as Shopify, Amazon, and other channels — without manual re-keying line items or juggling spreadsheets outside the product.
Import your daily orders
- In Temu Seller Center, export your orders for the period you need (often a daily export works well for fulfillment workflows). Save the file as a CSV in the format Seller Center provides.
- In EcomFlux, open Dashboard → Channels.
- Click the Temu card to open the upload area (dropzone).
- Drag and drop your CSV onto the dropzone (or use the file picker if shown). EcomFlux parses the rows, maps fields to our order model, and injects them into Orders as standard orders you can fulfill, automate, and report on like any other channel.
Tip: Use consistent export settings from Seller Center so column layouts stay stable; if Temu changes export formats, re-upload after updating — the pipeline is built to handle typical marketplace CSV structures.
